EMS package compensation process

When placing an order, you can purchase the insurance provided by our company at a premium of 1% of the sum assured.

1. The maximum compensation for lost or damaged items without insurance is 3 times the domestic shipping fee.

2. If you purchase insurance, compensation will be made according to the value of damaged goods or the upper limit of the insured value of the package. When applying for compensation, please provide the following information: waybill number, photos of the damaged package with the waybill number, details and photos of damaged items.

下单时，您可以购买我司提供的保险，保费为保额的1%。

1. 未购买保险的丢件或者破损的赔偿上限为国内运费的3倍。

2. 购买保险的，按照破损商品价值或者包裹价值保额上限进行赔偿。申请赔偿时请提供如下资料：运单号，带有运单号的包裹破损照片，破损物品明细和照片。.
